Inspired (again) by AMA:

I love cupcakes and make them whenever I have a special occasion. I like a good creamy buttercream frosting that is not too sweet the most, though a moist cake with a slightly hard outside is ideal. Sometimes I put a filling in the middle of the cake- lots of work but oh so amazing.
My best ones so far- Persian Love cupcakes (rosewater and pistachio) and my Irish Carbomb cupcakes (chocolate Guinness cake, chocolate whiskey filling, Bailey's buttercream frosting). I had to hide the last 2, LOL!

Now I am inspired to make a graham cracker cupcake with a key lime cream cheese frosting, or something to that effect. As we will be out of town this weekend, I'll strive to have some for next weekend's yard sale!

Yes, that's right. We are missing Folsom Street Fair this year in lieu of a yard sale.
